I have got the foll freebies.. no cash discounts, but matting incl boot, mud flaps.. all maruti oe, perfume with 1 refill, steering cover, instead of teflon have asked him for  free anti rust with 3 years warranty, garware sun film, nippon anti theft @ 5000, engine light.
is there anything else u can suggest ?

The Polo has a nice premium feel. Thanks a lot Anjanda. Actually my elder brother owns a  2006 Scorpio 2.6 CRDE SLX (Type 2) version. And having driven the car for 350kms from Bangalore to Coorg, I felt its one of the best and most tractable Suv sold in india( despite Odo reading 47500kms).The best part was when the Turbo charger got engaged, suddenly one could feel an enormous power behind the wheels. The suv has a very light steering despite its size and weight and has a relatively short turning radius compared to Safari whose steering is very heavy and doesnt give good feedback of the road..Yes the shifting to lower gears especially 1st is hard and really requires muscles. You are right BS! It's really strange that i20 has got less legroom than Getz,especially when it's got more wheelbase than Verna! It's got 25mm wheelbase more than Verna and full 70 mm more than Getz.

I plan to sell my NHC 2005 in a few months and plan to replace it with a premium petrol hatch with decent amount of power. Unless the 1.6L Polo or a manual version of the 1.4L i20 is launched, it will probably be the Jazz. There is a lot of discussion going on about the design , pricing, etc. etc. But there are a some points that I want to share. I completely agree with all of those who say it's overpriced. That's primarily because our govt. provides certain excise cuts and it's not passed on to the consumers.That's the main reason why most of us are thinking it's overpriced. Just keep the excise cuts aside and think, maybe some change of thoughts.
Another point, when you get inside the car you fall in love with it! It's got that level of quality all around. You completely forget about the pricing.
And it's good quality under the bonnet too! Silky smooth engine,iridium spark plugs as standard and longer running parts.

@nishu...thanks mate for your advice. Even i TD's an i20 a week ago, it had a good space and cabin, a class above, definitely i'm considering it as a prospective option. and about swift, still it's a back-up option for me, so i'm giving no more thoughts on it. Anyway thanks for your suggestion.
@bala. I TD'd a figo titanium petrol on lat saturday, i was good and loads with features, that is just alluring, but the materials still doubt me, especially the make of its outer body, may be i'm wrong but still its a perception and have to wait for its response on road from its buyers. So i'm not considering it anymore as an option.
Anyways, thanks for your valuables, even i would further give a thought once on that.

Kudos to you guys for all your valuable advices and worthy suggestion, definitely i'll be looking forward to more from you guys.
